CHARITY & CAMPAIGNSFrom award winning campaigns about homelessness to a campaign on assisted dying to a series of 15 second animated films aimed to warn against child exploitation, we don’t shy away from hard issues that need creative thinking to cut through the fog of online video content.
PUTTING REAL ISSUES CENTRE STAGE
Like the other sectors the creative brush is broadening here. There are many ways you can approach video content to highlight an issue or campaign. We also have experience outside of video production within the charity and issue campaign sector that has enabled us to apply a wider way of thinking.
We still use various methods from drama to ad writers but above all an emotion based connection to an audience and a measurable call to arms is key here.
Emmaus wanted a film to highlight homelessness with an original yet relevant message directly to funding streams and wider audiences. The Lucky ad is part of a larger film created with a simple yet specific message that wasn’t lost in a need to box tick and to ensure the film was engaging and relevant to all. We also picked up a Royal Television Society Award as best online Ad.
TEMPO YOUNG CARERS
Tempo Wellbeing Foundation
Tempo Wellbeing Foundation commissioned us to shoot a specific event that could be used to highlight the work they do with Childrens Charity areas. The Young Carers Festival is a National event designed to celebrate and to bring together young carers across the UK.
WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
“The way Good Guys were able to put into a few minutes of film the complex message about homelessness that I needed to put across was extraordinary. I showed the film to thousands of school children and adults and the impact was always immediate and lasting.”Dominic Hiscock
