ADS & MARKETING

We work directly with brand companies but also traditional agencies and digital agencies to deliver production ideas that keep brand and product value firmly in focus. Whether it’s a virtual rugby ball being kicked in a virtual stadium or an ad to challenge perceptions of Armed Police we believe ads should be tiny gems that shine bright.

OUR ORIGINAL APPROACH

Advertising and marketing often lead the way in adopting new methods and original approaches to sell an idea or product. A greater proportion than ever is now viewed online. Budgets are now not tied to slow, unwieldy TV Broadcast campaigns, it’s often the execution of an idea produced, sometimes within a short schedule that works here.

But if you’re a digital ad agency then you already know all that. So if you need a green screen shoot, comedy actor ad or a shoot method that reflects a new film trend or technology like 360VR then who you gonna call?…sorry couldn’t resist it.

GILLETTE FUSION

Proctor & Gamble

Proctor & Gamble came to us via Haygarth to shoot a digital Ad for an interactive banner campaign promoting its new Gillette Energising Moisturiser featuring Jonny Wilkinson kicking a virtual rugby ball in a virtual Stadium. Here’s a 30 sec timelapse of the green screen set up and paret of the game ad. This was shot in standard definition and just shows a created section of final campaign game

FIREARMS OFFICERS

The Police Firearms Officers Association

The Police Firearms Officers Association wanted a punchy engaging 1min ad that got to the heart of what the PFOAs all about. We needed to show and tell what a difficult job being a Firearms Officer can be in a short ad style format.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

“We commissioned GG to produce a film that would enable us to promote the charity and the amazing work it does. Because of the sensitive nature of our work we needed a company we could trust, who were good value and above all who could produce a first class film. We chose wisely! The result was a short film we were able to post online, and a longer version to show at events such as seminars and training workshops. Excellent service.”

WHAT WE DO

CORPORATE

A corporate promo can be far more exciting than the name suggests. We’ve created films with flying sheep, virtual tv studios and the inside of blast furnaces all to convey a message or an idea aimed at a specific audience.

DRAMA

More and more companies and public bodies now use drama to tell a truth, implement training or inform about new ideas. We draw upon our experience of award winning short film fiction production with knowledge and know-how of script production, casting and high level production and the use of narrative based drama has worked brilliantly in this growth area.

ADS & MARKETING

We work directly with brand companies but also traditional agencies and digital agencies to deliver production ideas that keep brand and product value firmly in focus. CHARITY & CAMPAIGNS

From award winning campaigns about homelessness to a campaign on assisted dying to a series of 15 second animated films aimed to warn against child exploitation, we don’t shy away from hard issues that need creative thinking to cut through the fog of online video content.

MORE FROM GOOD GUYS

UoW

The University of Winchester wanted a promo film that captured the spirit of their Uni, the city and a sense of achievement amongst the graduating students. The film has now been seen by 14k potential students.

HAMPSHIRE POLICE

#CSE CAMPAIGN
A social media campaign to help spot the warning signs of Child Sexual Exploitation. A series of 10-15 second animations using original artwork from Portsmouth  Artist Roma-May Daly. The campaign was a aimed firmly at reaching its audience though at social media.
'LUCKY" - EMMAUS
Lucky is an ad structured film which in which we created a simple yet specific message that wasn’t lost in a need to box tick and so the film was engaging and relevant to all. We also picked up a Royal Television Society award as best online Ad.
